Service and Usage Agreement

1-) GokturkHost Internet Services will use the email address provided by the customer during the registration process for any notifications. The responsibility for ensuring that this address is valid lies with the customer.

2-) The customer declares that the information provided by them during online registration and/or subsequently to GokturkHost Internet Services is accurate and up-to-date. The customer expressly agrees that they will not make any claims for compensation to GokturkHost Internet Services due to any disruptions or damages that may arise from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

3-) GokturkHost Internet Services will install the services declared by the customer during the online application process in their system, after collecting the relevant fees through credit card, PayPal account, or bank account. After the payment is received, GokturkHost Internet Services will enable the customer's services and notify the customer.

4-) The customer agrees to pay the usage fees and relevant taxes (depending on the service content used) for GokturkHost Internet Services hosting services. Fees will be collected in advance at the beginning of each billing period.

5-) After payment is made, the customer has the right to deliver the product within a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order and completing the payment.

6-) In all services provided by GokturkHost Internet Services (VPS/VDS/SERVER Services, Web Hosting, Reseller, MSSQL), the customer cannot claim any rights from GokturkHost Internet Services in case of possible data loss. The customer is responsible for their own backups and data for all services.

7-) Payment Issue: If the customer does not make the payment after the invoice date has expired or if no valid notification is made, the service will be unilaterally suspended.

8-) Attack Outflow: If an attack is launched from our machines, your machine will be suspended as misuse, and GokturkHost Internet Services will provide your information to the relevant authorities. Legal action will be initiated, and your information will be provided to the lawyer.

9-) GokturkHost Internet Services reserves the right to suspend the customer's relevant services or terminate the contract if payment cannot be collected from the customer's credit card or bank transfer account.

10-) Changes in this contract that the customer accepted during online registration will be published on GokturkHost Internet Services' website at www.gokturkhost.com and/or communicated to the customer via email. By continuing to use GokturkHost Internet Services' services, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the current contract terms.

11-) The contract becomes effective with the online application made by the customer on GokturkHost Internet Services' website. The contract is indefinite in duration.

12-) Customer Relations: In case of any disputes, insults, or offensive content in communication between support operators and the customer, GokturkHost reserves the right to suspend all services and/or close the customer's account based on the relevant customer.

13-) Use of the proxy services sold, in applications and games where our customers use proxies, after an IP ban or block ban, the customer cannot claim a refund or compensation. Since the IP and block ban is not done by us and we do not have access to or control over it, GokturkHost Internet Services does not provide support for IP and block bans.

In addition to the terms specified in the General Service Agreement: a. Unacceptable material examples for physical, shared, and/or virtualized servers with dedicated graphics cards include the following: • IRCD (irc servers) • IRC scripts/bots • Pirate Software/Warez • IP Scanners • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications • Mail Bombers/spam scripts • Escrow accounts • Investment sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme) • Sale of permission-dependent items without prior proof of permission • Sweepstakes/gambling sites • Sites/archives/programs focused on hacking • Sites that promote illegal activities • Forums or websites that distribute or link to pirated/illegal content, even if not mentioned in the above items • Fraud Sites (including those listed on aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com) • Mailer Pro • Broadcasting of live sports events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.) Engagement and block bans on IP are not implemented by us and we do not have access to or control over them, so GokturkHost Internet Services does not provide support for IP and block bans. If the customer engages in illegal activities without the knowledge of GokturkHost, they agree that any legal and punitive actions will be their responsibility.

By accepting this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the current "GokturkHost Internet Services Service Terms and Conditions." The current version of the "GokturkHost Internet Services Service Terms and Conditions" is published on GokturkHost Internet Services' service-and-use-agreement web address.
