1-) In VDS/VPS/Web Hosting/Reseller services, the customer can request a refund within 3 days. Refund requests made after the 3-day period will be disregarded.
2-) In the case of service cancellation, after a review by the administrator, if any issues are found with the product or service, the cancellation will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the customer's account on the website.
3-) Customers eligible for a refund must be approved by GokturkHost Internet Services authorities for this refund.
4-) Customers eligible for a refund can deduct the amount of VAT and the number of days the service was used from their paid invoice and receive the remaining payment.
5-) The credit amount added to the website cannot be refunded and can only be used for invoice payments for packages within the site.
6-) If the service is suspended or closed by company officials for a specific reason and the service duration is still active, the remaining time will not be refunded.
7-) Refunds are not applicable to Vodafone ipv4 proxy services.
8-) Data center-provided services for graphics card servers, dedicated packages, and ISP VDS packages are not eligible for refunds.
9-) Packages in the Mobile Proxy category are not eligible for refunds. Special SIM cards, devices, and internet packages are activated for the purchased packages. Therefore, it is not possible to refund the placed order.
